Aspect printanier, le feuillage est encore prostré.
Boutures développant déja leur feuillage estival érigé.
Description:
La couleur est foncée, rouge profond tirant un peu sur la couleur du vin.
Feuillage dimorphique.
Reproduction: Vegetative uniquement.
Il existe aussi Akaï ryu "A44" clone (Séléctionné par Best carnivorous plants) (cultivar non officiel)
Ses caractères sont: couleur plus intense, plante prostrée.
